DESCRIPTION
This is a pretty fast and easy honey-ginger glaze. The honey makes it glaze and the sriracha adds some easy complexity and heat. It goes pretty well with fish, in particular oven-baked salmon.
PREPARATION

Really just mix all that stuff together in a bowl

That’s it you’re done, congratulations

Pour it on top of the thing you’re eating and then stick it in the oven

If you’re feeling fancy do multiple applications as it bakes to thicken the glaze
